police in philadelphia believe they caught a man accused of raping and killing three woman in the past two months the man who police think is responsible andrew rodriguez dna evidence links  the homeless man to the three murders but they have to do futher test to be done in order to confirm its him he was arrested after he name came up in a press conference monday night an anonymous caller and gave them his location he was found sitting in the kitchen of a house on mutter st in kensington he was arrested on a old bench warrant from a probation violation police are waiting on dna test results to come back before charging him wit the three murders
