new york yankees captian derek jeter went to the free agents list and they also told the yankees short stop that he had to drink realitiy potion even tho he resinged wit the yankees derek jeter was not happy with how the contract negotiations went his contract is for 3years for 51 million dollars derek jeter and the yanks club reached angreement witch includes an 8million player option for 2014 after that agrement jeter came out with 189 million for a 10 year contract he was orignaly offered 45 million for a three year deal
